Back again as promised! Progress on the audiobook is coming along smoothly, and I’ve already had to do a few re-recordings from when I lost the ability to read (I said “looked up at the stairs” instead of “at the stars”) or didn’t like how a character’s voice sounded.

But John, my editor, is doing a phenomenal job churning out the chapters and sending them to me to QC.

That being said, I’m also making slow but steady progress on the REAL important project: book two of the Highglade series (tentatively titled “Awaken the Three”).

I’m up to 93,000 words, which is less than the 120,000 that the first book was, but I’ve still got several plot lines to wrap up and a few more things to polish off. Regardless, I’m extremely happy with how the story is turning out, and hope to be able to work on it a whole lot in the coming months.
